Jack Cornelius

Founder & Director

Recruitment leader, previous founding partner and Managing Director for one of the UK’s leading professional staffing agencies, and Group Director for a global recruitment PLC, Jack has built and scaled businesses across the UK and North America.

An accomplished leadership executive versed in building; world-class teams, exceptional growth performance, revenue expansion and market strategies. After 16 years of scaling recruitment businesses and achieving £65m of annualised sales across 100+ salesforce within a global PLC, Jack wanted to help founders and leaders achieve their successes.


Achieving and delivering exceptional growth standards, strategies and results, along with identifying and developing high calibre talent within the human capital space, came with an increasing passion to keep putting customers at the very heart of business, but in a simple and authentic way.


This led to Jack leaving his corporate gig and founding At1 Advisory, to support and serve recruitment founders and leaders who are starting up, scaling up, or launching new markets, in a more agile, natural and qualitative, partnership approach.
